"Salgau Roofing always does such a good job. Nicoli always knows what the problem is and fixes it. I have hired this company three times. Each time I couldn't find someone to do the work or couldn't get people to fix it right. Salgau has been my savior. I can't say enough about this co. or it's work. By the way, I discovered Salgau Roofing while I was attending a class at UT. I parked on the side of the road in the neighborhood and walked in to class. Every day I noticed Salgau working on the roofs in the neighborhood. The roofs were steep and I was impressed. But what I saw was this company moving from one house to the next. I realized the neighbors must have been recommending this roofing co. I wrote down their number and name and finally have found a co. that can really fix what I need fixing. I feel his pricing is fair too."

"Flawless execution. At the appointed time, the shingle truck showed up, followed by the dumpster. At the same time, the Crew Leader, Rick and his team started assembling. Rick introduced himself and explained what was going to happen and reassured me that a leak issue I had would be taken care of. Once they decided on a plan of action, they attacked the roof and had the job done in two and a half days, with a day break in the middle due to rain. The rain was not an issue as the roof was done in sections, watertight, and protected at all times. As a fairly old roof, the team replaced 13 sheets of plywood and rebuilt a saddle near the chimney which had been constructed incorrectly and was the source of a leak we had. Rick documented these issues with photographs and communicated them to me prior to repair. In doing so, any additional cost above the original estimate was expected, and reasonable. At the end of work each day, the site was cleaned, debris removed, tools stowed and ready for the next day. In speaking with the crew, I was impressed with their enthusiasm, pride in their work and professionalism. Finally, while most of us can find more pleasant things to spend a large chunk of money on, I feel the value we received was worth the price. This clearly begins with Mike, the owner. From my first conversation with him through completion, Mike was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, forthcoming and transparent regarding the service he provides. Given that, his high rate of accepted estimates (estimates done seamlessly with no meetings or inconvenience, by satellite technology, I might add), is no surprise. Put simply, he's easy to get hold of, easy to talk to, and I am confident that when he says call him anytime, they stand behind their work - he means it. As a result, I would use 4 Guys again, and will recommend them to any who ask."

"Great job well executed. These are very high quality professionals capable of diagnosing root causes of your problem, digging out the construction code and educating you on the right thing to do. You can hire cheaper handyman/chimney guys and get a recurring problem or you can hire these licensed professionals and take care of things the right way. Wish I had never used anyone else!"

"They did our roof, partial siding and gutters/downspouts. We had some installation issues. There were also issues with the jobsite crews, communication/language, disrespecting my personal property, damaging my neighbors yard and one of the crew members side swiped another neighbors vehicle in the street. They did go above and beyond to make sure that in the end everything was satisfactorily completed and everyone affected was happy. Someone was always a phone call away and was very quick to answer. They were also quick to come out and address any issues. A very big thanks to Dominic for your all your help, it was greatly appreciated and to our estimator Garrett for answering all our initial questions. I would still recommend Salinas because I have heard from others around me about how great their work was from them and I was told they have made a few changes because of my issues. I do know that right now in my area crews are working a lot and they might be overworked a bit."

"Fantastic, I am very happy. I have to admit that never having done this before, I was extremely concerned about the chemicals being used and probably worried about it more than I needed to. Steve was excellent about all my questions more than once, and the guys who came out were very helpful, too, wanting to do whatever they could to address my concerns so I was feeling better about the whole thing. I will tell you up front that if you have streaks, do use this service. It looks like I re-roofed my house!!! I cannot believe the difference. I had a great roof that had many years to go on it, but it looked terrible and affected the overall appearance of my home tremendously. Now everything looks incredibly clean and maintained because the roof is clean. About the chemicals, all we did was to hose down the areas where the downspouts were. I even had a beautiful, prized hydrangea bush that I was pretty convinced would be affected, but it turned out it was totally fine. And it was right at the bottom of a downspout. The one downspout that I forgot to pay attention to and hose down (which the guys do help with hosing things down, but I wanted to do extra) ... did have some grass that was affected. But it was only a small amount and even though I was super concerned about the effect it would have on my landscaping, it was nothing like I thought and 100% totally worth it for the outcome. I will work with Steve again in years to come when my roof develops issues again, and I am fully confident he will be in business because it's a great service and he knows how to meet his customers needs and concerns. Truly fabulously happy with this service and so glad I called him. I hated looking at the roof every time I viewed my house from the street ... but now I take my time pulling out of the drive just so I can look at how clean and amazingly new it looks. Honestly, it looks like a brand new roof. Worth every single penny!!!"

"I had an excellent experience with JCJ. It started from when Cameron came out to do the quote. I've had others come out before, but as I was describing what I'd like to do, Cameron pointed out other things that would come up as a result of the things I wanted to do. None of the other contractors thought that far ahead and was that detailed in their assessment of the work. JCJ's price was also one of the best. So based on my interaction with Cameron and their competitive pricing, I went with them. The two guys that came to work were really FAST. Cameron said it may take 2 weeks, but they finished in a week plus a morning. The guys that were working were great. I was doing some drywall patching myself on the side (not doing a good job of it...) and one of the guys gave me some pointers. When I watched him mud, I was amazed by the speed and quality of his work. They were also very flexible on working with me so that I could prime and paint behind the toilet before they installed it again. My bathroom turned out great, and for a very good price. I would definitely recommend these guys."

"For any home owner a kitchen remodel is one of the toughest things to do. Jacob's Ladder was prompt every day and worked **** ** our kitchen, of course in an older house there are plenty of issues behind the walls. They took out preexisting souffets, repaired flooring with water damage by our doors, removed old cabinets, fixed drywall, took out old vinyl tile flooring, replaced flooring and cabinets, installed new appliances. Process from start to finish was approximately five weeks. I would definitely hire again for our next project."
