After much frustration we were fortunate to find Owens Construction. They were able to address every project goal and provide a comprehensive solution for every item of concern. Dustin devised an innovative fix for each issue ranging from roofing leaks, eroding porch supports, a screen room renovation, and a state of the art drain pit system to address a severe flooding issue. Black Water Roofing LLC is a proud family-owned and operated roofing company rooted in the Sequatchie Valley. Our family lives and works right here in the community, and we take great pride in serving our neighbors with dependable, high-quality roofing services you can trust. At Black Water Roofing, we believe in doing things the right way the first time. Our team is known for being loyal, fast, and fair, delivering efficient service without ever cutting corners. "A1 did a great job repairing the water damage in my downstairs game room. Work was completed on schedule and on budget. Mr. Giron is very particular about the materials he uses. He is very passionate about the quality of his work."

"They installed solar panels as per contract. They were on time and removed all material when done. I had roof damage from a storm and they repaired it at no extra cost. So far I am happy with this company and plan on using them again for house repair.

"

I needed a roof replaced and got several
quotes from different companies. There were nuances with the various companies
that I didn't care for which included everything from attitude to scheduling
conflict. I spoke with Phil with Altus and right off, I could tell he did
business differently. He was very amiable and genuinely seemed interested in
answering my questions and addressing my concerns.  Once I decided to use Altus, it was
easy.  They based their work on my
schedule and made an obvious effort to keep from disrupting my movement.  During this process, Phil gave me several
calls during the day to give me an update on how the project was
proceeding.  The roof crew did an
incredible job of cleaning up and ran a magnet over the yard and driveway to
pick up nails.

As an aside, a couple of the quotes I got
from other companies quoted the roof taking up to three days.  The Altus crew came in around 0630hrs and was
gone by 1900hrs that evening, completely finished with the roof.

The soffits were done on a subsequent day
by a different crew and that project took a couple of days which is
understandable.  Again, they were very
considerate of my movement and were polite and respectful.  Phil was easy to communicate with and again, genuinely
seemed interested in addressing my questions and concerns.

Both the roofing crew and the soffit crew
made several repairs as they found necessary.

Once completed, the work on both the roof
and soffit looked good and appeared to have been done with quality
workmanship.

The cost of the roof was about in the
middle for the estimates I got.  I think the
quality of work and the professional attitude of not only Phil but also the two
work crews, made the cost very worthwhile.

I have additional work to do on this
house, so as soon as the roof is paid for, I?ll continue with the remodeling.  I am going to use Altus. I like dealing with
Phil and I believe he shoots straight, and that is worth so much now days.
