"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"The crew was on site and ready to roll by 8am at the latest, to get the most out of everyday! The were polite and professional, while working around myself- and my children. The living room is now tongue and groove pine throughout, the wall separating the kitchen and living room was removed, the kitchen ceiling was raised 5ft- with the tongue and groove pine on the kitchen ceiling with a HUGE ceiling fan. The rooms feel so much bigger and it feels warm and inviting now! Very reasonably priced for the amount of work done! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to remodel their home!"
