"Initially they were scheduled the day before. When no one showed by afternoon we called. He assumed his men were on the job. He inquired with his men and called us back. There had been a problem with the wood chipper, and his men did not call him. He offered to come right over to get a look. He did and offered to come the next day and they did. We had made plans to leave, He assured us that would not be a problem. They ended up coming early enough to get started before we had to leave. When we came back it was all done and the yard cleaned up. <br />"

"     Carlos and his crew were very prompt and worked on all the days and at the times they said they would be there. All employees were pleasant. They accomplished a lot each day. They were considerate at all times, parking at the side of my driveway to allow me access to and from my garage. Not once was I disappointed in how they left their work area. They never left any trash or debris on my property or my neighbor's.   <br>     There was a lot of wood from the removal of 4 trees. Incredibly considerate, they actually cut and stacked the usable firewood!  When there was a problem with the right-of-way of the Municipality, Carlos came up with a better idea.  Carlos came up with another idea that was a great improvement for very little extra cost (to Enstar, not him). <br>     Last, in a very kind gesture, my dog pen, which had to be removed, was put back up! <br>     I am a new homeowner and have heard about all the nightmares with contractors, but Carlos and his crew were the absolute best. And for the amount of work they did, I am extremely pleased. The stone walls are stunning! <br> <br> <br>"
