The glass was cleaned - which is nice because its a pain to pull out the somewhat sealed glass panels.
So did they do anything to make sure I wont die of carbon monoxide? No. Basically turned it on, said OK - cleaned the glass.
Nice enough tech but he claimed many years of experience but had almost no in depth info about what he was looking for.
