He made a mess and did not attempt to clean it up--he should have taped plastic around work zone. Their management did not return texts, calls, nor emails to rectify. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN"

"We ordered their service in Spring 2025. It was done well but at a high price - $575 for gutter and laundry vent cleaning on a 2 story house. Vent cleaning was an upsell we agreed to. Fast forward to Spring 2026 and they texted us out of the blue, saying that we signed up for an annual service and that the crew is on their way to do another cleaning. There is no way we signed up for that. Sure enough, the crew arrived in 10 minutes and we had to turn them away. What an outrageous, scummy, gaslighting practice. Stay away from this business!"
