With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Phil thinks he found the source of the leak and repaired it. Phil and Paul are both easy going and very professional. The only negative is that I thought the estimate was for labor and material.
