"initially, Mr. Ali was very responsive and provided a quote over the phone. I needed to repair a pitch issue for my walkway. He gave me a good price and was working with him to schedule a good date. After setting the date, I was informed that our streets were being paved and there would be no access. Called Mr. Ali right away and he suggested I call back when the streets were done. When I called last week, He stated he was busy and would call back. When I did not hear back, I again called Mr. Ali 3 days later. Again reminded him of our conversation and he asked if he could call me back in 15 minutes, as he was eating lunch. Well, that was several days ago and I am extremely disappointed. In our last conversation, I even mentioned other work that I was looking to do, but I guess my business is not important to you or your company. There are plenty of companies that want my business and I cannot recommend this company"

"I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. Santucci Brothers has shown me there are good, professional, honest contractors out there, if you just take the time to find them. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."

"Phil and his team again came through with an amazing job at my house. Had an issue with my chimney causing a leak in my house. One side was tarred for some reason. Every contractor told me you have to knock it down and re-brick if you want the tar off (the water was actually running behind the tar past the flashing causing the leak). One contractor told me my brick was bad and had to re-brick, another told me i had to repoint and re-tar the brick. Phil and his team not only removed the tar off the chimney but repointed the chimney and repaired the cement on the top where the caps are for the fireplace and heat for an amazing price. I will work with no one other than Armstrong Masonry. Phil will be honest with you and tell you exactly what needs to be done and not bang you over the head. Being able to trust your contractor goes a long way! Thank you Phil again for an amazing job! I wish I can post photos to show the before and after."

"Steve Hernandez, the crew leader, showed us detailed photos of the problems with our heating system flue and chimney. The former was in such bad condition he rescheduled work so he could get the job down that day! A few days later he and his crew came back to remove the badly worn chimney bricks and concrete crown and completely rebuild them. He had ordered and installed that day a custom cap. The crew was efficient and polite both days. Steve really helped me understand our own particular heating system and what to do going forward to keep it safe and efficient. Truly, kudos to Steve."
