"Elpidio, the lead technician, was far more than just an installer. My situation was frustrating… and instead of pushing me into costly repairs and warning me of the terrible things that could happen to my dog if I didn’t, Elpidio was compassionate. We sat on the lawn together, petting the dog, as he shared with me the wise things he knew about dogs in general. I had been almost overwhelmed and Elpidio was kind and knowledgeable. This might sound ridiculous, but the end result was no fence! Of course freedom fence would be there with excellent service and a payment plan if need be… But my particular situation was not as dire as I originally thought. Honesty, integrity, and the kindness Elpidio showed speaks volumes about this company! My original fence lasted for 20 years, and if it looks like my new dog needs a little help… I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Thank you Hal and Elpidio!"

"I have had a freedom fence in my yard for over 15 years installed by Hal Kessler. It is by far the most durable product I have ever installed. It has been through 2 large doge and has always worked beautifully.. Hal has been there with me throughout and has been very responsive to everything from new batteries and collars to multiple workmen from tree removers to sprinkler system repair people who have cut my underground wires. The fence works great and I would recommend it and especially Hal to anyone looking to install a dog invisible fence"

Had used another company to add on to existing fence (Euro Fence and they did bad job on repairs) Phil the owner of Fence Factory came out for a quote next day got another comparable quote but went with Fence Factory and was very happy. They arrived on time did quality and sturdy repair work. Went above and beyond and even painted posts that was not on the estimate. Would definitely reccommend them. <br />"

"It’s a real shame that this company, which isn’t even far from me, will not come out and give you a quote if you don’t have at least 150 feet of fencing work. Unbelievable! I can get companies further away to come by and provide a quote but this company won’t. It was truly disappointing when you read positive reviews and decide to give it a try, only to find out you’re out of luck. Don’t bother calling if you don’t have at least 150 feet to fence!"

"The job went great! In the two pre-contract site visits, we talked with Dave about the best way to install the fence, and we felt that he would be the most involved, and the he had the best sense as to what we wanted. The job took 2 1/2 days. We were amazed at how quickly they dug up the posts for the old fence, and cleared the concrete, and also how quickly they installed the new fence. There were a lot of tree roots along the area with the fencing, and they were very careful to hand dig everything, and to make the fence section a bit shorter if needed to avoid a root. In addition, they did a superb job attaching the bamboo, which took longer than the actual fence installation, and we discussed the best way to attach it and the best way for it to look. Dave and his brother were there for the beginning of the job. His brother was there for the pole digging (which was deep and had concrete down for two feet). In addition, we were most impressed by Manuel, who was the foreman for the job. He was both knowledgeable and creative. He and his team left the job broom clean each day, and they neatly stacked the extra bamboo where we wanted it. We were very impressed by the professionalism and workmanship, as well as the final product. We would strongly recommend Dave for your fencing needs."
