"Linda, Fabian's wife, was the scheduler/phone presence. She was incredibly punctual and friendly. She was up-front about the price and availability and a clear communicator. Fabian had called to say that he thought he might be a few minutes late as they were coming from another job; he was very punctual though, calling 30 minutes before the scheduled time to say he may be 10 minutes late. He still did show up on time. As I had found them through Craigslist, I thought they would have a U-Haul (box type) truck, but they had a pickup truck. Jacob and Fabian apologized for the miscommunication, but assured me they could fit everything alright and without damage. They worked very well together; I can tell when there is a good manager or team in place with moving because they move the furniture smoothly and clearly communicate/work together. Jacob and Fabian did just that! THey were great. <br /> <br /> We had to do 2 trips to the office; once from my house to the office, and then another trip to a furniture store to pick up my couch. They were very professional, courteous, and respectful. They were EXTREMELY careful with my furniture and I would hire them to do a bigger move in the future. They were great! They even suggested ways to move the furniture in the room when I asked their opinion. Very sweet."
