"Carl Cockrum came to our house at the scheduled day & time to give us a quote for the elastomeric coating of the stucco and the exterior painting.  He provided us with a typed & clearly expained quote along with general information about CertaPro Painters.  Carl worked with us to set up a 2nd time to proceed with the work since weather issues & personal travel delayed the work.  The workmen arrived on the appointed day, calling ahead to confirm the day & approximate time.  The work was started on a Friday and completed the following Friday.  The men worked hard, were very professional & polite, and checked with us regularly to make sure that the work was being done to our satisfaction.  They matched the old stucco & paint colors perfectly and checked with us before applying any of the final colored material to the house and walls.  Carl also stopped by the house several times to check on the progress and our satisfaction with the work.  The workmen cleaned up around the house after completing the job.  We are extremely pleased with the completed work. <br />"
