At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. "Because they do such an excellent job, they stay booked in advance, so don't expect them to be able to begin the day after the estimate.  My wait time was 5-6 weeks after the estimate.  My first contact was with Tammy, who came out to do the estimate.  She was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.  She emailed me the estimate either the same day or the next day.  She then scheduled a second appointment to bring me paint samples and assist me in choosing colors.  I can't say enough about how helpful and understanding she was.  <br /> Once the work began, the crew was always on time, very professional, answered any questions I had and they went out of their way to assure an outstanding result in everything they did.  They were completely finished with the entire project in 4 days.   I have used several paint contractors in the past, and Mike's is by far the best.  Once they finished the job, they had me walk around the entire house with them to be sure everything had been completed to my satisfaction.  I am very detail oriented and tend to notice even small flaws and in my opinion, they did an excellent job.  I have absolutely no reservation in recommending them and will definitely use them the next time I need painting or pressure washing at my home. <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"They called out of the blue and we have needed it done for a long time. He said they were giving a big discount to keep staff working through covid-19. I had never gotten a quote for it so I don't know if it was a good price but it seemed reasonable. They showed up the very next day and did the job. We tend to have flooding so they graded to flow into the front yard and dug a trench to help get the water flowing. It still puddles some when it rains heavy but is much better."
