He was accommodating for my schedule, and the poison ivy was no longer a problem. It was getting on my dogs, and then onto me, so I knew the problem was solved when it stopped getting on me. There was a delay in getting the deck built just because he was backed up with work over the summer, but he told me that right up front. He then contacted me when he had time coming available, and the work was done exactly when he said it would be, and right on budget."

"Julio was very good and staying in touch with me as I work through the selection process. he was very competitive with his numbers but his interest in my project impressed me. I hired southern masonry, once hired Julio was on the job within the week. the first day they showed up around midday and work literally till dark doing prep and setting forms. returned the next morning and again work steadily till dark pouring and finishing the concrete. the next day they showed up removed the forms performed the cleanup with this being a Saturday. Julio returned Monday and repaired a couple of small patches on some existing concrete that I added at the last minute. Julio knows what he's doing and as good to his word I would definitely fire southern masonry again and I recommend that if you have any work, you're looking to do you need to give southern masonry consideration.
