"Poorly. Old Castle exceeded the one month estimate and completion took 3 1/2 months. They exhibited poor communication skills, were unresponsive and careless, significantly damaging our existing bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and failed to cover our outdoor terrace, left caked up cement and adhesives on the surface which therefor needs repair/repainting. We eventually agreed a resolution with them but they did not do any of the agreed repairs to our vanities. We have never posted a negative review on social media but strongly recommend that you select a different contractor."

I highly do not recommend that anyone uses this company, unreliable, deceitful, Chris required half down as a deposit before starting, over $7000, started in May? It’s September 18 still has not completed, has not shown back up since July? Removed existing fence before placing new fence? Took down trees and left them scattered as if a tornado ran through the property. No silt fence, repeated no-shows, incompetent employees and employers, lied repeatedly stating the fence was up? When asked what was going on Chris Matheney with send text messages taunting? Saying what don’t you like about what I’ve done? Contact a local authorities, all locals in the neighborhood and including businesses. Contact at BBB and an attorney. "Working on older homes, particularly those approaching 100 years, takes a special skill set. We found out the hard way that not all home painters and restoration “experts” know how to deal with an old one. Jeff and his team are amazing and easy to work with. Jeff is onsite doing the actual work every day which is a huge benefit. He is good at problem solving on the job and works really hard. An excellent painter, he takes on a project as though it was his own home. And he is completely honest and fair, which is rare. The exterior of our old house looks fabulous and we will have him back to attack the interior. We would highly recommend him."
