"Four Seasons has asked me to edit my review. A gentleman came out to give me an estimate. He stated that Robert, the owner, would contact me to put my project on the schedule. No one ever called me to SCHEDULE the repair. My niece sent me a text message while I was at work stating that a gentleman was there working on the roof. No one bothered to call or text me to let me know the work was being done that day. A day or two later we had heavy rain in my area. The rain literally poured through the roof of my back porch. My son had to place plastic bins on the porch to prevent flooding. Needless to say, I was highly upset. I contacted the company and they sent a crew out to redo the project. They had to completely take the rook off my screened in porch and start from scratch. This time a crew of men were sent out to do the work they originally sent one person to do. I believe the repair has been completed, I m waiting for another heavy rain. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend this company to other homeowners. I will however move the rating from a 1 to a 3 since they can out to redo the project. Thanks"
