He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. "They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"The job went great. Joe installed 6 can light fixtures in the bathroom and a closet which makes the rooms a lot brighter and more up to date. Big improvement. I also had an attic fan installed to cool down the attic and make my A/C more efficient. My second story was really hard to keep cool last summer. My A/C bills have been ridiculous. Joe does an excellent job and is very thorough...doesn't leave any loose ends. I have used Kalahari before and every job has been very professional.

"I was ecstatic to find someone willing to come out and do the job, considering that it was literally right before Christmas and I was in a panic. A lot of other contractors were either already shut down for the holidays or finishing up jobs in order to shut down for the holidays and not taking on anymore new projects. Unfortunately, they finished late in the evening and the lighting wasn't great in the room, so I couldn't tell until the next day that most of the room needed another coat of paint. The original color was bleeding through. I ended up repainting half the room plus another coat of paint on the chair rail. Bear Mountain did reimburse me some money for this."
