"great repair good start to finish"

"Excellent Service!! The only contractor that returned my call. Came out within a day, identified a roof vent stack was rusting causing a roof leak. Had it scheduled and fixed in a few days. Price was fair and everyone was courteous and friendly. If I every need a roof repair again they would be the only one I would call."

"Mag Selva Gutter & Roofing did a great job of repairing the hardie planks and trim surround our chimney. We asked all of the companies for their recommendation of "how to" improve and prevent future damages. Mag Selva Gutter & Roofing was the only one of the five (5) companies that suggested additional proactive steps to help prevent future damage from occurring without major repairs/cost. Mag Selva's estimate of the repair cost was fair and comparable/less than a couple of the other estimates. Mag Selva answered all of our questions and provided us with photos of the work in the different phases of the job as we requested since we were unable to see some of the area due to the height and/or angle of the work area. Another impressive item was how the paint matched to the existing house color. Unless we point out the area of the repair, no one would know that work had been done. Thank you Manuel and Juan at Mag Selva Gutter & Roofing for your great work."

"Honest person, helpful, great job"

"They were efficient and did what needed to be done. I’d recommend their services to anyone needing roofing repair."

"The entire experience from first contact with the office staff to the technician that performed the repair to the supervisor that came out upon completion was great. The pricing was in line with other estimates and they also replaced some shingles at no extra charge, answered my questions about the overall condition and provided a replacement estimate about 20% lower. They will be my "go to" company for all my roofing needs."

"Miguel served as a project manager. I was happy with my experience in scheduling the work. There was a minor issue with the work but Miguel made sure it was corrected to our satisfaction."

"They were by far the cheapest of the quotes I received. They did a great job and went above and beyond. They were very responsive and they stood behind their work. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be hiring them again."

"We recently built a new home and chose Summit Roofing based on a strong recommendation—and we’re so glad we did. The owner personally walked us through all the available options and helped us choose a roof that was both durable and cost-effective. The team was highly professional throughout the entire process, and the final result is absolutely beautiful."

"Josh with Apex Roofing Solutions can't be beat for his promptness and efficiency. We called and within 2 hours Josh was out to quote, the issue was fixed the next day. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend Apex Roofing Solutions."
