"The new house is coming along great! I have no complaints to voice. I will be using the contractor in the future. He keeps me informed of all the details, and what I like the most is that he is always in and out at the job site; making sure things are going as planned. An added bonus! is that he only uses subcontractors that he has worked with for years, so he knows the quality of there work. <br /> He did tell me up front that he was a little more expensive than the other contractors, because of the experienced subcontractors he uses. That is just fine with me, being that I'm very picky about my the quality of work that I want done. He only uses quality people and that is what I want; nothing less. I do show up at the building site, and I will say without a doubt, I have seen nothing but professionalism and hard working people, and quality work being done. They all take the time to explain to me what is being done, and the next step that is planned. "Litespeed Construction took superb care of me when I needed a new roof due to multiple leaks after a storm. Kirby helped walk me through the insurance claims process, including filing for a re-inspection to get the insurance company to pay for the full amount of the roof. They were in and out in 2 days including replacing new boards under the roof and putting on new gutters and downspouts. I'm very happy with the finished product and the new roof looks beautiful."

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

Chad created a laundry room and installed a complicated laundry chute for us and worked with us to blend it in to a piece of antique furniture.
