"Did a great job - previous system was dead and had not been properly installed in terms of materials used for ducts or in the layout of system. They replaced everything with a Coleman system for thousands less than other estimates. Have had almost no problems after a year in place - heating/cooling bills are very reasonable for an old house. <br />"

"Johnson City Heating and Air is fantastic! They worked with my contractor and created a laundry chute that traverses three floors and is secured in a piece of antique furniture. They did a fantastic job, were very aware of working inside the house and left things as clean as when they arrived. I was very impressed when I observed Ed remove his shoes before walking on my carpet. They also installed two "Air Oasis" in duct air purifiers into my HVAC. This air purifier is the real deal! I can tell a great difference in the air inside the house. The wife and I both feel much better since the installation of the air purifiers. I WILL use Johnson City Heating and Air for all of my HVAC needs."

"We decided to go with them because they could come within the day that I called. They did explain to use why the light switches to the garage and the outdoors didn't work because they were guide to the same ground wires so when they connected the fan and reconnected the ground wires it worked fine. They did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves. They send 3 electricians over to do 1 person's job but that's because there were 3 of them in the same truck at the time but they charged me for all three. The basic price was good."

"Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."
