"When I moved to my new home I needed a fence to keep my dog safe from the neighbor's dog that often roam the neighborhood. Jamie was punctual to our appointment, took the time to explain all my options and made three separate estimates for each of the three options I explored. At the time, the company was busy and he gave me a date, which was about 3 weeks later, but a few days after our appointment he called and said he made some arrangements and was able to get my project sooner as he knew I needed the fence for my dog. It was really stressful to be in a new neighborhood and had to walk my dog on a leash to do his business in my own backyard, watching out for the other dogs. I was constantly having to look out to make sure they weren't around before I went out with my dog. It might sound silly but I was so thankful he was able to install my fence sooner. The crew did a great job! They asked me before hand of the things they needed access to, water and electricity, and once we figured out my outside water spigot wasn't working, they brought their own water. Justin even left me an adapter for the front porch that now I can use as an outlet because there wasn't an outlet outside. In addition, the office personal responded promptly to my communication, at some point before they began the installation, I decided to add another gate at the end of the property and the ladies at the office were very helpful with the change. I am very pleased with their work and Milo is so happy romping around on his fenced backyard!"
