"The pergola looks wonderful. We did have to wait several hours while the contractor gathered supplies and extra help, even though the list of what he would need was given in the text as we discussed the project. Be sure to lay out all your expectations in the beginning. Including date and time you need your project finished, and if you want all the whistles and amenities in the box added in your quote. In the end my husband helped to complete the finishing touches."
