I recently contacted Howard at Integrity Windows & Siding for service on one of our windows which had a defective seal in the sliding panel which was allowing moisture to condense inside the glass layers. Howard came out immediately to get the window serial number and measurements to order the replacement pane from Alside Widows. Which we have had replacement panel replaced quickly and with the warranty at no additional cost without any issues! This installation was completed several years ago, We contact Integrity Windows & Siding to do a full house replacement of all our windows and sliding glass doors. "we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."
