The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.

"When my tenant called around 8am on Monday, March 26th, 2018, about a constant sound coming from the sump pump in the finished basement and with heavy rains expected that evening, my tenant was concerned about the sump pump not working and flooding the basement. So, I started making calls and to my surprise almost everyone were quoting a charge for 1st half hour to diagnose the issue, followed by an hourly rate plus cost of sump replacement. They all quoted almost 2 hours of work and on an average, it amounted to a huge amount that was beyond my budget. But, when I called CJ Plumbing and Heating, the owner Dmitry Dvorkin answered the phone and when I explained what the problem was, he immediately suggested that the sump pump needs replacement and he would send his plumber Dmitry Caplunov by 4pm. He quoted $350 over the phone to replace the sump pump with a new one and the price he quoted included parts and labor. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment and informed my tenant, My tenant called around 4:20pm stating that Dmitry Caplunov arrived at 3:55pm and started work at 4pm and finished installing and testing, plus walking my tenant through what he did and cleaned up the area around the sump pump after finishing the work. He also told my tenant to take a before and after picture of the installation,so that I can get a picture of the work performed. Since the rental property was a townhome, Dmitry Caplunov advised that I inform the Homeowner's association to clean the external pipe outside the property, as he noticed a lot of dirt accumulation. So, I would highly recommend CJ Plumbing and Heating to anyone. They were prompt, cleaned up the place after work and accepted the $350 (no hidden costs) that was quoted over the phone by Dmitry Dvorkin. If there was a rating of A+, I would give them that for all categories."
