"This was my first experience with J&S Plumbing, and I was very pleased. The outside discharge pipe from my basement sump pump had developed a leak and was flooding my yard. Despite the fact that the ground was saturated, they were able to dig down, find the leak, repair it, and then did a great job putting back all the mud and grass so that it is level. "It went great! Patrick came out on a Saturday to see what was causing my line to back up. He used his camera to find mud in a section of my pipe indicating some type of crack or break. Gave me my options for fixing it. He started his repair two days later on Monday and finished up today, Wednesday. They dug roughly, a 4ft by 3ft hole to get down to the pipe and ended up digging two more feet towards the basement to ensure that they connected the new pipe to a solid piece of the existing pipe. Very competitive pricing, I called two other plumbers who were both higher priced by at least 2K and didn't offer as good of a warranty on their work. Very knowledgeable, able to help me understand how my whole sewer system works. Very professional, got the permit with the city, busted the work out, got the job inspected by the city and Closed up the hole. Patrick and his crew were also able to remove a piece of cable that someone previously broke and left in the pipe ( from that machine that rods your line). I highly recommend Patrick and his crew. The peace of mind is priceless! Thank you!"

"January 2017 my boiler went out, I called them, they sent out a guy and told me there wasn’t anything he could do. So the following day I talked to a sales person and then they sent out two guys to install around 1PM. 6AM the following morning they had it installed. March of the same year I had them install ductless AC for me. A sales guy came out, planned locations and unit sizes. After that a couple days later a installer came buy to okay the locations and unit sizes. About a week later two installers came buy and installed the AC. For the plumbing part I had a leaking pipe on the second floor, they sent out a guy the following day that I called. When the guy came out he found the problem, made a hole in the wall, updated the price and repaired the hole in the pipe. The plumber kind of rushed b/c I think he lived in the burbs and didnt want to stay long and go home. The second time I used their plumbing service I was looking to get a bathtub installed. They sent a guy out, he looked at it, said the wall needed to be extended, quoted me $900, gave me a pen for his remodelling company and left. Needless to say, I installed the tub myself and didn’t need to extend the wall."

The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.

"Lincoln was A on everything. The only thing is you have to pay in cash for everything, he is an old guy, and don't take checks or charge. He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't take charges, but I was fine with it."
