"The company did not show up for the scheduled job, claiming that they were behind due to rain. I had to reach out to them to find out they were not coming, despite having texted with them all week regarding colors. The owner, Logan, indicated he would call me back in two hours to reschedule and blew it off. Never answered texts or calls thereafter. I took days off work for the job and moved all furniture to allow space for painting. People are certainly entitled to make mistakes, but the response after the mistake critical. This company seems as thought it is trying to squeeze in as many jobs in as it can and has no regard for its customers. "
