"In April of 2009, I got a foxhound/beagle mix for my birthday. We quickly learned that Randal followed his nose wherever it led him. If he saw a squirrel, he would go after it. We live on a busy street and it broke my heart to have to put a chain on him each and every time he had to go out. Plus, coming in and going out of the house was a hassle because we had to constantly grab him to keep him from escaping. I was referred to Dogwatch by the kennel we use and also by reading the reviews on this site. I called Dogwatch and spoke to Bob who scheduled an appointment for an estimate the following week. Bob came on the scheduled date and promptly took measurements of the property. He also assessed what would be necessary to run the line around the property. Bob explained our options very clearly and gave us an estimate which we were happy with. I was skeptical at first because Randal is such a smart dog and I wasn't sure if this was going to work. We scheduled installation for 8/26/2009. Bob and another Dogwatch employee named Ray arrived on time on the day of installation. Ray was very nice and professional. They had the entire job done within a couple of hours including running the line across the driveway. They cut a very very thin hole in the driveway, you can't even tell where it was. Ray then showed us how the system worked and constantly reminded us that we could call their office at any time with questions or if we needed someone to come out to our property to help Randal. Ray also showed us how to train Randal by taking him for a walk around the property. After about a week, I was shocked to learn that Randal was trained! We can let Randal out all over the property now and not worry that he is going to bust through the fence. I am extremely pleased with the service we received from Dogwatch. Randal is thrilled that he doesn't have to be put on a chain anymore. About a week later, Bob called to ask how we were doing with the "fence". I told him that we were doing fine... very professional and great service!"

"Prizm installed an aluminum fence around my backyard with 2 arched gates. They use high quality materials and did a great job on the installation. My only issue was that no one showed up the first day they were supposed to come do the work and no one called. I had stayed home and was a little annoyed. When I called the owner, he hadn't realized no one showed because his installer had car trouble, but hadn't called him. The installer was able to get out the next day and everything went smoothly from that point on. <br /> The owner was really responsive and I really enjoyed working with him. "Chad was a bit slow on the response initially, but with all the snow we had, it was understandable, just a bit of a hiccup at the beginning.  Once he got started, he worked some long days getting all the misc things completed.  Even made several trips back to the box store for items I picked up but were wrong.  I added a couple of things to his list after he started and he worked them in without a problem. <br /> Next phase will be a bigger bite but waiting until the weather warms up as the house will be open during that time.  I will continue to use Chad a lot going forward."
