"Great. They return phone calls and show up when they say they will. You should be clear with them if you want to be contacted by phone, email or text. The first time they didn't have a tall enough ladder (my house is unusually tall) and said they'd return the next day to do the job, and sure enough they were back the next day at 9am. The handyman was also very friendly. I definitely plan on calling them in the spring for some projects I'll need done then."

"It was a week long job and he finished on time. It would have cost at least twice as much from his competitors. He was within budget. We asked about some small additional things done and he gave us suggestions that help us stay within our budget. He was reliable and kept us informed along the way. We are so satisfied with his what he accomplished for us that we are saving for our next project that he will do. My wife and I highly recommend George. Pictures will be forth coming later."

"We were very happy with Inch by Inch. Workmanship was excellent, They were friendly and professional. Work was completed on time. Andy Inch's suggestions and personal touches added dimensions we were not expecting, increasing the value and usefulness of the completed project. "George beat out two other bids on a complete master bath demo and reno. He and his tile guy did all the work from plumbing to electric, prep and painting and bathroom looks gorgeous! George is very detail oriented and was helpful in problem solving, trouble-shooting issues. He helped me with choices for tile, colors, lay-out, etc...anything that had to do with project! Also, very responsive when we had an unexpected issue occur! Stellar construction choice! Look forward to working with him again!"

"Ben is phenomenal. He is utterly trustworthy and reliable. (And handsome to boot!)
I had a home to sell in Marietta and had a fair amount of fixing up to do. Ben came in, assessed every project/problem with real focus and efficiency, and advised me. He told me what needed to be done, what I could do myself (and even how to do it!), and pointed out small things that would trigger problems on future home inspections. He found simpler, less-expensive solutions to problems that were out of my price range. The work was tidy, efficiently and quickly done. He is punctual, friendly, professional, smart.... And I thought that his prices were more than fair. (I can't quite remember now, but I think that he charged a bit less than some others that gave me quotes.)
Ben is everything that one could hope for in an electrician. Hire him. You won't be sorry. Promise."

FAQs for handyman service projects in Jonestown, PA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
