"EXCELLENT!!! They kept me informed about the pre-fencing. There were factors that didn’t allow them to come as soon as I thought. Rain, snow, etc. along with a large job before me. They kept me informed as to why it was taking so long for them to arrive. Once I got the date they would get to my place, I was totally at ease. The fence was installed perfectly. They is no wavy fence line. The 3 gates were installed where I requested . They were thoroughly detailed the finished plan and fast. I would recommend them to anyone."

"We contacted Draper fence for a quote on a privacy fence in mid-November in hopes of having something by the spring. They responded promptly and arranged for a visit and an estimate after Thanksgiving. Britt walked us through several options and answered all of our questions. He then sent us quotes on different styles of 6 foot cedar privacy fences. Once we decided to go with Draper, they booked us an install on or around 1/14/21 (with a 4 week weather buffer communicated - it is winter.) They actually were able to start work on 1/13 and completed the fence on 1/14. John, the crew lead on site, was professional and knowledgeable. He offered solutions to some challenges that we are happy with and he answered all of our questions. They removed the ratty, old chain link and installed a 6 foot, board-on-board cedar privacy fence (around 270 linear feet). The neighbors are very complementary of the work, and it's completed well ahead of when we had hoped"

"Lots of delays getting started and lots of excuses. Some issues came up after installation and it was impossible to get a return phone call for months on end with many more personal excuses. There are places where the fence is nearly 6" off the ground which would be a huge problem if we had a small dog. The gates look very rustic and cheap. We received a 2% discount at the end but that won't come close to actually fixing the issues. Would not recommend to my neighbors."

"THIS COMPANY IS FOR REAL. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY FROM THE PRICING PROCESS TO THE INSTALLATION. THEY REMOVED THE OLD FENCE BY PULLING THE POSTS. OTHER BIDS WOULD ONLY CUT OFF THE POSTS AND LEAVE THEM IN THE GROUND. THEIR WORK IS PERFECT. THEY CLEAN UP EVERY DAY AND THE CREW DOES NOT WASTE A SINGLE MINUTE. THEY WERE SHORT A LATCH UPON COMPLETION, BUT THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY - A FRIDAY EVENING - TO INSTALL THE MISSNG LATCH. THE GUYS WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PLACEMENT OF A POST. THEY REMOVED THE POST AND REPOSITIONED IT. I DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO THIS, THEY DID IT ON THEIR OWN. IT WAS ABOUT 8:45 IN THE EVENING WHEN THEY LEFT. THEY WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A VINYL FENCE YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH BEST. CATHY TAYLOR IS GOOD TO WORK WITH."

"The deck is beautiful! Chuck was great to work with, very responsive, had excellent design ideas that we had not considered, provided prompt pricing and communication. They cleaned up daily and were very pleasant to work with, even when I requested modifications to the original plan. The delivery company even damaged our yard dropping of the materials and Chuck took care of repairing it. I would absolutely use them again and refer them to my friends and neighbors."
