Family owned company that has been in the plumbing business for over 46 years. We are licensed, bonded and insured with the state of Minnesota. Service rate is $135.00/hr portal to portal with a minimum of an hour charge. Special offers avaliable on our web site southtownplumbing.com.
"They had to replace a diverter cartridge but they broke it. Initially, they told me that everything was fine but then I noticed that the water was dripping and not diverted correctly. They claimed that the spout dripping was normal and I had Grohe sent me a new part to be installed. The new plumber who replaced it showed me how the initial diverter's spring was broken during installation. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation. They wanted the same exorbitant amount to install the new part."

Since there were so many houses needing a roof directly after this storm, we had to wait until spring of 2018 to actually have our roof replaced. The day our roof was installed, the crew was here by 7 a.m. and was completely done with installing and cleaning the area by 1:30 p.m. I was astonished at their efficiency and the roof looks amazing.
