If you are a regular customer they let you add the fee into you monthly lawn maintenance fee (Jan-Oct) as to not have to pay that all at the biggest spending time of the year. We chose to pay it up front for our first year as the cost of the custom lights was included. This year we are breaking the fee into our January thru October monthly payments. If we want to change the color of the lights all we do is let them know and we pay for the bulbs only. When November comes the lights and wreaths go up and no check to write. They even offer to store your lights if needed for use next year. Again, just great people doing a great job!! <br />"

"The new patio extension is beautiful!  I love the brick pattern and the color looks great with my existing patio paverstones.  The contractor carefully prepared and finished this backyard area leaving a square cutout area for me to landscape around my big shade tree.  This addition addresses a drainage problem and muddy eyesore that was the backyard.  The finished product is a joy to behold and will be utilized as an entertainment area and play space for the kids. <br /> Joe, the project manager, was very helpful with his advice and expertise in planning the parameters of this project.  He listened to our concerns about drainage and our desire to utilize the existing patio in place.  This project fixed our drainage issues and exceeded our expectations to provide us with a wonderful addition to our home.  <br /> The contractor's workers were polite and obviously skilled at their job.  The job was done efficiently - on time, and at the price quoted during the estimate.  I will recommend this company to others and will come to them for all my future landscaping/hardscaping needs."
