The fence installers (Fernando and Raul) were fantastic. They worked well together and were finished in less than three days. The fence turned out better than I had anticipated. I would definitely use City Fence Co. of San Antonio again. Price-wise, they were in the middle of the price range ($4,700 - $7,500) of other bids. What sold me on them was their website showed the various styles of fences the create. I made the right choice going with them and highly recommend them to any one looking for fence replacement."

"Overall, met expectations.  One issue came up.  When they replaced the gate on the fence, they put the lock on the outside inside of the inside like the original.  I was monitoring the project, but didn't catch the problem until the work was done.  I recommend that you  be very specific about what will be done if you use this contractor, otherwise they may make changes."

"John is a man of integrity. He takes pride in his work and is passionate about providing the best service at the convenience of the customer. He stained our deck and rails in two days and the transformation was incredible! We had a coupon for $299 but since the size of our deck exceeded the size for the coupon, we paid more for the additional square feet. It was well worth the cost! He took his time making sure it was done right using quality products. After completing the deck he left the remainder of the stain for touch ups. What a great experience!"

"Ryan and Tyler (owners) gave us exactly what we envisioned for the fencing around our 3-acre property.  We wanted low maintenance, didn't want to paint the fence every couple of years, wanted to keep the dog in and critters & deer out, wanted an elegant front fence line, and and flexibility for moving around the property with scattered gates.  Ryan and Tyler explained the choices and cost of materials and the maintenance requirements of each.  Before we signed the contract we knew that galvanized fencing and posts were the most expensive option as was the decorative front fence panels with a 20-year guarantee on the powder-coated finish.  The 12-foot powder-coated sliding gate they would build to match the decorative front fence panels would also be costly due to the height and size of the gate.  After we coughed up a lung at the total price, we looked at the cost to paint the fence every couple of years vs going with quality products from the beginning and decided to bite the bullet from the start vs paying to have the fence painted periodically.    The adage you get what you pay for holds true in this case. <br /> The project took about 2 months to complete due to persistent rains, the lead-time on ordering the decorative fence panels, and allowing the concrete for the posts to harden before moving to the next step.  The work crews were professional and worked h****** the project.  Every little detail was attended to - from the type of latches on the various gates to closing up any small gaps where corner posts met to adding additional braces to make the fence strong for the long-haul.  We had initial glitches with the driveway gate operations and Ryan and Tyler were quick to resolve the issues.    <br /> Overall, we are extremely happy with Hill Country Fence and Ranch.  The company is run by two very talented young men who know how to get things done.  They take pride in doing quality work. <br />"

"Oct., 2017 JR gave us an accurate estimate. The cost was competitive with other bids. The quality of the work is excellent. JR has two main workers who did the work. They are good. They removed the old deck and carefully installed the new composite deck, attached to the house. They were on time, and finished as scheduled. The clean-up was thorough. I recommend JR and his crew. Our only regret is that we did not do this sooner."

"While Adam, Dennis?s son, is still learning, Dennis Rampersaud is the stand-up business owner of Dominion Fences & Decks who <br /> will make sure you are happy with his product.  He cares that you are happy with your investment and stands by his work.  He is a military veteran.  The workers were hard working and pleasant.  I plan on asking Dennis to perform other work for me in the future.  His website is www.dominionfencesanddecks.com. <br /> My fence was the standard pine tract home fence installed when I purchased my new home eleven years ago.  The slats were warping and deteriorated.  Some rails were barely attached and cracked completely through.  After reading many reviews on Dominion Fences and Decks, I came to the conclusion that the few bad reviews out of the many positive reviews might be the result of a young inexperienced company representative and/or difficult unrealistic customers.  I decided to  purchase the $99 fence repair Big Deal from Dominion Fences and Decks mainly to get an estimate for repairs and reattach some slats until I could decide what to do.  The son, Adam, came to my house to discuss the Big Deal I had purchased.  Together we surveyed the fence and more problems were found behind the large bushes.  At my request, he gave me two estimates: 1) for repairs and 2) for a completely new fence using my choice of pressure-treated cedar or redwood.  He also showed me colors of fence stain.  I decided to replace the fence rather than repair it.  I copied the estimate and took it to each of my three neighbors (two sides at 90 linear feet and one side at 56 linear feet).  They chose to get their own estimates, but later came back to me agreeing to use Dominion Fences & Decks.  The job took a little longer than the three days originally estimated.  None of the neighbors has complained about the quality of the fence, and one has told me it is beautiful.  To me and my children, the fence looks beautiful and the redwood smell is fabulous.  I never thought a fence was that important aesthetically, but what a beautiful backdrop for my yard. <br /> <br /> <br />"
