The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"When Angie's List coupon was purchased, the roof repair folks were in the process of moving office locations. Then, I went out of town for a few days, so it took a couple of weeks before we were able to get connected. Once we did, they were able to schedule us within a week. The roof repairman showed up on time and was kind and professional. He quickly assessed the potential leak sites, caulking several vents and recommended replacing a couple of others that he explained were very common to replace. He had replacements in his van and installed them quickly for an additional $100, which was reasonable. I was impressed by his level of knowledge, preparedness, and expertise. Since I'm writing this review two months from having the work done, I am pleased to report there have not been any leaks in my roof, even after a very heavy rain a couple of weeks ago (around 3 inches in one night), that would've certainly leaked, if the repairs were not done properly. I would not hesitate to call these folks, when the need arises, nor recommend them to neighbors and friends.

"The whole process was about a month from start to finish with a little more than 1 day being the actual roof install. I decided to go with Premier at the three week mark. I told Thaddaeus we were ready to sign the contract the morning after the four tornadoes hit. I didn't think I'd get my roof done any time soon because of the tornado damage elsewhere. Regardless, he sent the contract over, I signed, and we were scheduled in a week for a 1 day job. It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasn't delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me."
