"Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

"Roofer was able to id issues no other roofer had and should have, as well as knew location covenant requirements stopping me from placing on the wrong roof type. They were very knowledgeable, extremely professional, responsive, and courteous, it did not matter who were speaking to. "the ultimate outcome was excellent. The HVAC systems works very well. The thermostats are great - I can adjust the temp remotely from my phone. The late issue was that they had a full day of work to install a 3 ton and a 3.5 ton system and they showed up after 1 pm. instead 8 am as scheduled. because the sent the installers to do another job over and hour away that morning. By they time they got to my house, they were exhausted from the work and the drive. They had to send several extra people to help them but they got it done. The systems installed were top quality Trane systems. They even upgraded me to a variable from a single stage because they did not have the single stage in stock on the 3 ton unit. The installation job was ultimately excellent. the pricing package offered the most important thing - lifetime parts & labor on repairs and lifetime maintenance. Having suffered with systems that were dying and needed outrageous repairs and maintenance annually for the past several years, that is worth gold. Finally, my credit was bad but they worked a plan that involved making a deposit of approximately 50%, around $6,600, and the rest on their plan. But the $6,600 is just that, a deposit that will be returned in a few years. The company really worked with me to get us a great system at an affordable price. The least other alternative was $9,500 and the prices ranged up to $14,000. But all of those only offered 10 years parts and 5 years labor. Useless since these systems rarely fail in the first 10 years."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I built my house 25 years ago and installed cypress siding. For the past 10 years I have been battling carpenter bees and wood peckers. After losing the battle I decided to have my house bricked on the first floor and Hardie board on the second story. After reading horror stories on the internet about poor Hardie board installations I decided to contact the Hardie board company directly and see who they could recommend to install my siding. They recommended All American Exteriors. I made the phone call and Thomas Williams came out to look the house over to give me a bid. Thomas also informed me he could provide the brick work and roofing that I needed. After receiving a very detailed and itemized bid the job was awarded to All American Exteriors and Thomas began work on the house immediately. Several different crews were brought in to do the different task that were needed. Thomas coordinated everything very well and had the material available when the workers arrived. I must say that all the construction work was outstanding. Cleanup was done daily to keep the trash to a minimum. Thomas welcomed changes to my plans and quickly sent updated quotes via email. I could always reach Thomas via email, phone or text message. The difference in the way my house now looks is amazing. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of All American Exteriors. I will be calling on them when I get ready to do my next project."
