Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. I highly recommend Palm Construction for your renovation work, whether it is a large or small job. During the 6 weeks of this job, I got to know the principal, Guy Yaakov, and his team.
