There were configuration software issues that Hayward had to become involved with. And Chris stay engaged throughout to make sure the system operated as it was supposed to. The owner, Blake, goes out of his way to promote his faith and assure you he's a God fearing man. Oh how that changes when you cancel. Once I did that he repeatedly said to me all "yall" are the same. That prompted me to ask this man of God what he meant by "yall" and what group/category was he putting me into. I never got an answer to my inquiry. He just continued to repeat all "yall" are the same. Customers should know who they're actually working with before agreeing to service."
