"We were happy with the job until it was completed. DFW Pools LLC did leak repairs and a replaster of our pool. The day after it was completed, we realized that the plaster crew had covered up the polaris cleaner fitting with an eyeball just like the rest of the pool. Our polaris cannot be hooked up. DFW Pools' start up guy told us to just buy an adaptor, but there are no adaptors, they removed the cleaner fitting. After 2 weeks!!! the project manager got back with us and said that he would send the plaster crew back to fix the mistake. It has now been over a month, and we continue to call and text the project manager, but have not received any response as to when the issue will be resolved. And of course, we paid in full with cash. Very disappointed. We have so many tree leaves and acorns that fall in the pool daily and using the net pole to get them out is difficult and impossible to completely remove the fall debris."

"Very disappointed with Tropix Remodels. I recently contracted with them for Swimming Pool Renovation and Repair. We saw many positive reviews from 2016 to 2019. There are issues with the mortar, grout, and flagstone coping repairs. There is a flagstone that was level, but now, after "repairs," it has a 3/4" gap. I told the Renovations Manager about these issues and pointed them out when he arrived at my house to collect the final payment. He refused to address my concerns. He insisted the job was complete and any issues would be addressed as warranty repairs after I made the final payment. But, he previously stated that discolored and cracked mortar, uneven flagstone coping, and the gap in the tile are not covered under warranty. I sent a punch list and received the response, "We Are Willing To Make all Warrantable Repairs, Only After Full Remaining Balance is Received." The work is not finished, and Tropix Remodels has refused to address the outstanding issues. Do not recommend!"
