Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! I would use him on my next home and any future products. I would also recommend him to anybody in the community. He's polite, trustworthy, punctual and keeps you informed on the product. "They installed a new iron fence eight weeks ago, and screws have popped out already. They also installed at least a dozen already rusted beams, which I had them replace from the start. The fence is quite flimsy, too. Friendly customer service but terrible product and workmanship I would not use them again. For $20,000, it should have been much higher quality."

"Had a fence and steel frame gate installed July 2023. The gate is monstrously heavy, and they did try to support the weight with a spring loaded wheel at the end. Less than one year later, the gate is almost impossible to close. It sags under its own weight and must be lifted up to reach the latch. I have called and texted several time to get a quote to have the gate repaired. It took a week to get them to send someone to inspect it and give me a quote. They finally sent me a quote, but I have asked multiple times when they could schedule me, and to send a written quote to my email. It has been over a week and I get no response. Today I texted them to see if they would recommend another company to complete the repairs instead. Very bad customer service."
