"Arrived when scheduled, did the work properly & promptly on both occasions. After completing the 2nd job, we asked about replacing 2 bathroom light/fan fixtures. They examined them, tentatively scheduled the work, and also volunteered to purchase the fixtures before coming to our home. Only reason I rated them a B in professionalism was their dress - very casual, no company name or service tech identification. Having something to identify them (some sort of uniform or at least a shirt with the company name or a sign on their vehicle) would help identify them to their customers, particularly on the first visit."

He was, already, there waiting for me when I arrived at the house at 9 a.m. Only about 12 minutes later, Benny had replaced the ballast on the kitchen light fixture. Problem solved, and corrected, within 12 minutes! And the price that he charged me, was more reasonable than prior electricians that I have used within the past year</p> <p>Overall, a great transaction!
