"They were on time for every meeting, they communicated constantly and zealously throughout the process. They finished the job on time (even when it included a little Saturday OT!) and they charged me exactly what they said they would charge. I could go on and on about how much I appreciate the way these guys do business. Hire them! In a world of non-responsive, late, over budget contractors Bach Custom Coatings stands out as a shining beacon of the possible."

"Went very well.  The crew showed up at about 7:30 as promised.  They were courteous and professional in their approach and workmanship.  They kept things clean and cleaned up at the end.  The results are excellent.  They left instructions for ongoing cleaning and care of the floor. <br />"

"I had my garage floor coated about five years ago. I love it. In September I contacted the owner, (through their website) Jenci for some small repairs. He responded a few days later saying they had a big job with the school district -it would be November before they would be able to get to it. That is fine I have no problem, I realize I am a small job-I don't expect it be fixed for free. In December I contacted Jenci again. No response. Again in December I decided to call the office directly. The receptionist was very sorry for not getting back to me. She told me she would leave a note on Jenci's desk to contact me. In January I contacted her twice - she finally said I should work directly with Jenci. It is now February 8. I sent Jenci a note yesterday that said I wasn't going to try contacting them again. There are other companies that I will contact. BTW - my contract says "lifetime guarantee". Whose lifetime?"

"Jeff seems to have lots of experience and knowledge. They did a great job coating and staining our concrete floor. There was an issue that came up with the first application of stain but Jeff said he would get it right and in the end they produced an excellent job. Lino, his worker, was professional and they were easy to work with. I recommend Bach Custom Coatings."

"It turned out really, really well. During the process, I was really nervous because of how it looks in process. The concrete was difficult to stain because it was from different eras. He is very nice to work with and he listens to your concerns. He was efficient and got it all taken care of for us, despite my fears. The results are beautiful--it really looks good."

"Pride in Painting did a fantastic job. The communication was excellent, and they were very professional and experienced. They had great attention to detail. I initially bought the 2 Painters for a Day for $500 deal but knew the job would take longer than that. It took even longer than expected because several of the walls needed three coats of paint to look right (some of the walls had been very dark and we used lighter paint). Pride in Painting did a great job of prepping everything and even painted the heating vents to match the walls. The lines between colors are straight and the condo looks terrific. It was a real transformation. Doug and his partner got sick on the last day so Doug's father filled in and he worked until 10 pm that night to get the job done. They really went the extra mile. They were also good about following the condo's HOA rules and everything was very clean when they were done. We are happy to chose Pride in Painting for this job. <br />"

"They met with me to discuss a porch roof that was sinking. They were very responsive to what I needed. They were flexible about adding some additional work. Good communication. They gave me a detailed bid by email. They came out and worked promptly and had it done within the week. <br /> They replaced existing roof support posts that were sinking through a rotting porch deck with ground-based posts. They also replaced an upper gutter and downspout. <br />"

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Kalama, WA

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
