"John did an excellent job cleaning my roof and gutters. He also applied moss treatment. His price is good. I would hire him again."

"They cleaned the gutters and downspouts. It was very helpful that they sent photos to show that it was done well."

"Was only going to have the gutter/downspouts cleaned, but ended up buying the LeafFilter product. The presenters' explanation/demonstration was excellent. The installer was efficient and courteous! The warranty is outstanding."

"Matthew did a great job explaining what his crew could do and setting the job up. He followed up with a call to verify that the work had been completed to my satisfaction, checking off another box related to excellent customer service. The crew was amazing. They worked well as a team and tackled the multiple tasks we had outlined for them ... cleaning a composite roof over our garage, the metal roof over the house, and the plastic roof over our deck. They cleaned the gutters and downspouts, power-washed our deck, and even found time to power wash the carport and front entrance to the house. We are not quick to recommend workers to other people, since everyone has such different expectations and tastes, but we do so with Expert Property Maintenance. Without reservation"

"Awesome job, good expertise. They won among 3 quotes, because: - they are the only ones who climbed the roof and really checked my gutters for a quote and told me what can be done and what cannot. - they are the only who said NO to my ideas and well explained why it is impossible/bad. For ex, why it is better to not fix the slope as much as I want - it will expose the house structure to water and I will deal with repairing the house then - they came up with a better idea of installing additional downspouts instead of fixing the angle of upper gutters and disturbing the roof. THANK YOU FOR THIS it looks great. - they offered only what should be done instead of offering/charging unnecessary work. - they offered almost twice the lower price than a well advertised company, a bit higher price than the other one but because of the above, they got my heart and money."

"The company came out quick to ***** the damages and repairs. Their first task was to repair the roof which they came and did on their own. The job was fast and well done. No more leaks! Excellent work!

What changed my view was their gutter repairman. The repairman came by unannounced/unscheduled when my wife was just about to go to bed after working her night shift. He had asked if we clear our city street so he could park or so he could block our shared driveway. We were never notified of this so he was told no, we cannot move all the cars on the street because they aren't ours. Nor can we block our driveway because it's shared and this was unannounced. The repairman left without telling so we called to reschedule.

Dave was apologetic on the phone and thought the job was scheduled which it wasn't. We set an appropriate time and the work was done. The gutter replacement was done well however they did not install a downspout where we first discussed so I called again to have the job corrected. The same repairman came out and had an attitude. The job took 10 minutes to complete and he said "you'll be seeing a bill for this." Very unprofessional and rude.

Overall Dave was good to work with, however his gutter repair man was not. There must have been some communication breakdown in the gutter job. The job, when completed, was done to our satisfaction.

"Over the past 20 years, we have had several companies service our fireplace. Luckily, a neighbor recommended Cory at 3 Rivers Chimney to us in 2017, who is tremendous! He has inspected our chimney, cleaned the flue, sealed the flashing and repaired visible cracks. Unlike the companies in the past who charged each time for cleaning, he explained to us that our chimney doesn't require annual cleaning due to the Xtroardinaire fireplace. His honesty, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness are beyond compare! He also leaves the areas where he has worked very clean. We wouldn't use anyone else!"

"The employees we dealt with were on time, did a good job, very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating with all of our requests, since we could not get on the roof to see the repairs we had to ask them to come back and take pictures of the finished job, the pictures were appreciated. The last gentleman that came out to take the pictures did an excellent job and a great job cleaning up, actually did a little extra which was impressive he was very knowledgeable and friendly We highly recommend Buena Vista Roofing."
