"My bathroom had a little rough start due to a family emergency out of town but once it got started things went very well. The guys that did the demo work were very nice and got it done and cleaned up the same day. Just before we order the shower doors I changed my mind on the color of the frame to the shower doors and Mike had no problem with that and then change the color of all my fixtures. My main worker was on time every day and did a very nice job! I am so pleased with their work I hope to use them again in the spring for another project. "Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."
