"It isn't done yet, but the construction manager is not being cooperative about some details that are very important to us. His comments on the material and timing for staining the deck are not consistent with information from lumber experts I know."

"The were great had this done in a day and it looks wonderful."

"Wonderful. Its beautiful. Done in 1 day. The access to our roof was tricky. So there was some minor damage to our giant Hostas. ( they needed thinning) and there was damage to the eves trough wich was totally replaced by Armored roofing. I highly recommend Armored roofing and will definitely call them with my future remodel/ construction plans!"

"We recently had our shingles replaced by Legacy Roofing and the finished product looks great. Brandon was very professional and offered a price that couldn't be beat. The crew showed up on time and completed the job the same day. Brandon followed up afterwards to review the completed work and make sure we were satisfied."

"I met these guys at a show for remodeling homes and had a blast with them. They had a contest to see who could guess the amount of screws in a big mason jar and I was the closest and won a amazing Detroit Lions jersey. Proving that yes you can win at these places. Looking forward to doing business with them."

"They do good quality work they can do pretty much anything!!!"

"our 2nd story deck was taken down by tree during the awful 2023 ice storm in Kalamazoo. Mike, the company's owner at JRD, was very down to earth and helpful, explained our options with out trying to oversell anything. He immediately returned calls and addressed any concerns on the spot. The two contractors in charge of completing the work, Curtis Doyle and partner Joe, were nothing short of amazing! It was a very challenging project with canterlevered supports needing replacement, a deck with various heights that needed railings installed in a completely custom made way. Truly impressive! They were not only 100% professional, they were very friendly, respectful of our property, totally reliable and caring, easing our mind over any concern, always taking the time to explain things and checking with us before proceeding until we were happy and reassured. Honestly, it was a pleasure to have these young men work in our home projects. Do not hesitate for a second to hire this company and ask for Curtis and Joe to do your remodeling or repairs."
