"Everything went very well. Heidi was incredibly responsive from the first call and throughout the process. Everyone, from the owner to every workman, was courteous and very professional. We did have weather issues (heat and storms) that understandably delayed the initial start date. When the new start date conflicted with our vacation, there was no hassle about our postponing the start date until we returned. This was a fairly big job and took the crew about a week to complete. Each day they started exactly when they told me they would be there and each evening, they made sure that everything was picked up and stowed neatly. When the job was done, the cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find a nail or other debris anywhere! The roof, soffit repairs, and new gutters look great. I highly recommend A&D and would definitely use them again without hesitation."

"Roof and skylight went great. Just like the other two roofs I had them do in the past. The Bay window looked like a third grader had done the job, in fact they originally left the flashing with several (six or more) nails bent over and the metal flashing dented by there hammers. Brian did come back to look at it and made an attempt at fixing....while it looked better afterwards,(he covered the flashing in the center part where nails were bent and flashing damaged by hammer stirkes) it still did not look right and Will County failed them on the job. Brain became vary angry and basically refused to do anything further. I have had to hire another company to repair the damaged flashing on the window and re shingle the bay window at an additional cost of $500.00. I have pictures to show the window before and after the job, should anyone be interested."
