"After we made our final decision of the fencing details, Terry waited patiently while we took our variance request to the city counsel for their approval. We needed the fencing to be 42 inches tall to keep in our larger dog and we needed an additional post in the lower half of the fence to keep in the smaller dog. It took about 12 weeks from payment of the first check to the delivery of the fencing. That was the hardest wait for us because we had thought about this for years. Having finally made the decision, we wanted the fence immediately! The crew was awesome. They came every day for five days and put up 700 feet and five gates of the most beautiful fence we had ever seen. It is an ornamental fence and Terry suggested that we get it in bronze instead of black. The color is actually more of a gray and it looks perfect with our house. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors and people just driving by. It looks like it was always meant to be here. We love it, our dogs love it. "Great.  the problem that was that our 80 # dog, Jake, dug under the chain link fence and got out whenever he wanted.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I had contacted about 3 fence places initially, they all had suggestions on how to resolve the situation, but none of them came out to view the area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I then contacted Jeff of Len Roberts construction.  I told him of one suggestion that a fence company had made that sounded reasonable to me.   he came out, looked at the area and said he would take on the job.  he advised me before he started that there was no guarantee that it would keep the dog in. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Soon after completion of the project, Jake started digging in about 4 different places.  I filled the holes with some of his feces and dirt.  and he has not dug any holes in the last 3 months. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> the best things about Jeff were: <ul> <li>he told us when he would be coming out and he came then, unless it was raining.  then he would call to tell us that they wouldn't be able to work when it was raining.</li> </ul> <p>his crew was professional. <br /> <br /> they cleaned up all debris<br /> <br /> He had originally told us it would cost about $2120, but the work went faster than expected, and he only charged us $1820.</p> <br />"

"They were fantastic. They completed it Tuesday, on the 9th and 10th. They worked and it started raining so they stopped. They had it done within two days. They did an excellent job. They were moderately priced. I got prices from eight different companies and they're the one I went with because I liked that the quality of his framing versus the other companies. They were $2500 cheaper than the rest of the companies that were going to give me a lower standard material. I would recommend them to people. I would definitely use them in the future."

"esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off.  He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork.  The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be.  If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good.  He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes.  Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy. <br />"
