"Because roof replacement is a major expense, I interviewed more than a half-dozen contractors before deciding on Signature Exteriors. I was impressed by Mike Garrie’s expertise and professionalism. He answered all my questions, offered constructive suggestions, and at no time did I feel any sales pressure at all. Knowing that I would be dealing with a local, well established and highly experience company contributed to my confidence in choosing them for this project. The job was completed on time and as specified with no unexpected surprises or expense. I recommend Signature Exteriors without reservation to family and friends or anyone facing a roofing project."

"I hired Charlotte Roofing Specialist to do a roof replacement at my house. The experience was excellent. Both Mike and Holly had great communication skills throughout the install. The crew that performed the roof replacement was very thorough and did a great job cleaning up each day. Overall, it was a 2 day process to complete the roof replacement. I would definitely hire this company again for roof work."

"I had my roofing done, it was a complete roof replacement. The crew was prompt and efficient and Jon was project my manager he stayed in touch and called me before the crew arrived. And also called me throughout the day making sure he was available for all my questions or concerns. Im very pleased with my roof and the clean up process. I would recommend."

"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."

"very well -- they cleaned gutters, power washed the 'stains' from the pollen, and even went onto the roof to get rid of debris there -- a thorough, professionally detailed job. Very pleased. (I do not wish for my address or name to be published on public internet sites. Thank you)"

"Great job done !! One day to replace the roof. Very clean working crew. Highly recommend."

"Great. Technician called to say he was running late & arrived at the time he said he would. Spent 3 hours going over every square inch of my car, including the tires & rims. Could not have been nicer or more professional

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"Alex returned my call about a quote on the weekend (when does that happen?!) and arrived 2 days later on time to do the work. Sent me pictures from the roof and cleaned up when he was done. Great experience."
