They had Justin come to the house within a day to access the damage and give repair cost, procedure and time line as it had to be coordinated with Evergy. I was notified by Fusion the next day of the first available date. Today was that date. Justin was early so he would be here to do repairs when Evergy got here to turn off power. Everything went smooth and Justin was finished within 30 minutes. I will be using Fusion for my future electrical needs and I will be asking for Justin."

We had to purchase the iron balusters ahead of time (purchased from Lowes). He removed the old wooden balusters and drilled holes in the stair and rail for the iron balusters. The finished stairway looks drastically improved. We have hired this company for a previous drywall repair and would hire them again. They do excellent work and can fix about anything"
