"Junk King Kansas City were great. The best help I’ve had in this massive house clear-out and cleanup ahead of an estate sale and sale of the house. They came to remove five refrigerators (from three floors), three stoves, a washer and dryer from the basement, three large chairs (two from the third floor), a window air conditioner from the third floor, and several other large and heavy objects. They sent seven men and three trucks, for this job that was not even a full load for one truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had everything out in less than thirty minutes, and they cleaned up after themselves. While they were here, they also moved an old pump organ from a landing on the stairway down to the first floor and put it right where I wanted it, even though this was not part of the job. All of this, at a bit less than half of the other two bids I got. I’ve asked them to come back, not to remove anything, but just to help move some things around the house prior to the estate sale. No problem, they can do that. Just call them when I’m ready for that step. These guys are great."

The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. \n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's \n 225 for 11x14's \n 275 for 14x17's \n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. "Sandra is so fake. You will find this out after first encounter. If you question her she name calls and hangs up. Our close date was set for latest Sept 1, 2021. It's May 17th, 2022 and we still don't have sod. We did close in January and she and Max have been basically MIA ever since. Erosion has destroyed our lot. Do not recommend. Embarrassed."
