"PBA did James Hardy fiber cement siding on my home. I directed them as to how I wanted the product installed as I had done my research on installing the siding. Carlos and Higor promised me that they would do a great job and I would be thrilled with the result. I work from home so I was there everyday during the prep and the installation of the siding. PBA's crew could not have been more cooperative and anxious to bend over backwards on every request I had and every detail. Originally the job was quoted as taking 3 to 4 weeks, but due to my constant supervision and requests the job took 8 weeks, including the new 6 inch gutters. The crew did arrive everyday and worked like a well oiled machine. I was very satisfied with their attitudes, because I put them through ****, and they took it in stride and never gave me a feeling that they were upset. The foreman would say "no problem". I did have an addon after the installation began. Higor gave me a very fair price for labor a material. I also wanted to mention that after the crew left I had some concerns. Carlos and Higor came out and spent the majority of the day on ladders making sure everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I didn't pay them a nickel until I was completely satisfied. Very happy with PBA and highly recommend them. One more thing. I had some issues with the new guttering installation. One issue I noticed a couple of months after the install was done and one I noticed several months (yes, months) after the install. I made a call and Higor and Carlos sent the gutter crew out within a day and made it right."

"I used Juan C. at Pro Home Exteriors LLC. for work on our home and couldn?t be happier! Juan Carlos did an excellent job from patiently working with us on a plan for our home?s exterior through completing the full installation of James Hardie siding . I went from ugly vinyl on incorrectly to a home that looks brand new! I chose the Evening Blue color. I absolutely love it!!! exterior lighting, a new garage doors and new gutters. Although we decided to add new windows he provided bids for that work as well. installers were professional and courteous as well as true craftsman who took great pride in their work. The crew arrived on time and worked carefully since I have pets Juan Carlos was attentive and quick to respond to issues that arose (termites, wood rot, etc.) and helped us to resolve them. The James Hardie siding greatly improved the look and, I believe, the value of our home. I highly recommend to anyone for their siding! I love the result on my house! PRO HOME EXTERIORS !"

"Dan came out quickly to assess our roof.  We had a leak over a portion of the house.  He gave us a bid to replace the leaky portion and for the whole roof.  The cost was more affordable to replace the whole roof than we thought so we decided to do the whole thing.  I also needed sheetrock hung for a current project.  Whenever I had a concern they were always quick to come up with a solution that worked best for me.  I feel like they are very customer friendly.  I plan to use them again."

"After interviewing representatives from two other companies (Home Depot & Pella) and viewing many Window World YouTube installation videos, I selected Window World. Home Depot - I didn't feel comfortable using Home depot, although their window seemed to be a high quality window. I just didn't feel good about their proposed installation process. Pella - While I felt comfortable with the window quality and the installation process, their pricing was nearly double what Window World quoted. I asked all three vendors what they could tell me about the other two companies. This was quite informative. I was impressed that all were hesitant to say anything negative about the others. However, I pressed them to share why they felt I should select them over the others. The Pella representative made statements which later research revealed were either misleading or false. This created trust issues. The Window World installation crew arrived when expected and worked well together. They surpassed my expectations by "going the extra mile". I had many questions during the installation, which they answered completely. The crew leader even made a suggestion (then implemented it) for how to deal with the spot left over when mullions were removed during conversion from side by side double hung windows to one larger sliding window in 3 different locations. I don't handle surprises well, so I ask lots of questions and do lots of research beforehand. Yes, their were some surprises with Window World, but they were all "good" surprises which exceeded my expectations.. The work was completed much quicker than I expected. They cleaned up the demolition mess completely. The windows look very good and function well."
