"We appreciate Steve coming out on a Saturday to bid the job and working on a Saturday. He was prompt each day, and is timely in responding to e-mails. We're very pleased with his tile work. But we're upset with the mess he left. I e-mailed him to ask why there was a thick layer of dust on the ledge and walls. Again, he was prompt and explained it was due to polishing and offered to clean it up on Monday. My boyfriend spent 4 hrs cleaning up. Plus Steve didn't put the hose back at the end of project and would leave the garage door open each night. If you don't care about a mess, Steve's work is great.
