"When I need to replace my wooden privacy fence two years ago, Robert came out and provided a detailed plan for the removal and installation of the new fence. The project was scheduled on my timeline and the guys who did the work were very skilled and had excellent customer service. I have been pleased with the fence since that time but recently need some planks replaced and called Robert. He came out and looked at the fence and within two business days, I had someone at my house replacing the planks and per Robert, no charge. You never get this treatment from any company these days so I will commit to being their customer and continue to recommend this company (and Robert)."

"We called Hill Country Fence and Ranch at the beginning of April to ask if someone could come and give us an estimate for the work we wanted to have done. Tyler came out the very next day, a Friday, and by the beginning of the following week we had the estimate. After some thought, we decided to drop an item from the initial proposal to save a little money, got back to him, and he immediately sent a new estimate for our review. In our case, we needed to have a survey done and, once we had this taken care of, we got back in touch with Tyler to let him know we were good to go. We were then added to their schedule and were sent a link that we could use to monitor where we were in the queue. The list was continuously updated as work progressed on the many jobs ahead of us. The work on our project started on July 9 and ran for three days straight. The projected start was for a couple of weeks earlier, but that would have coincided with a trip we had out the country and we wanted to be around during the actual work in case there were any issues that arose. On Day One, a three-man crew with materials and equipment arrived punctually and got immediately to work tearing down the old split-rail and privacy fencing, loading it up for hauling off, beginning to drill the holes for the posts, and getting a start on erecting the new cedar split rail. On Day Two, the crew delivered galvanized steel posts and brackets, plus the cedar pickets for the 6' privacy fence. One crew member began work on installing the privacy fence, while the other two continued installing the split rail. All fence posts, metal and wood, were installed in concrete. On Day Three, work continued on both the privacy fence and split rail until completion. The crew worked extremely hard throughout the project in high heat and humidity and did an excellent job. Several neighbors have already commented on how beautiful the new fencing looks. We will certainly recommend Hill Country Fence and Ranch to anyone we hear of looking to have this type of work done."

"Working with JR was a simple, no nonsense and professional experience from start to finish. We wanted some kind of shade for our uncovered patio. JR came over, listened to what we were looking for, and came up with some options and a plan. JR‘s quote was right in line with, or less expensive than other quotes we had received. We ended up going with an approximately 30x12 cedar arbor. Once we settled on a day to get the arbor installed, JR and his crew came over on the scheduled day, and was on time. He and his crew were very professional and friendly, and they were very efficient. What I thought would be a multi day job was completed in one day. As for the results, the arbor is beautiful. It really does provide significant shade. It is as if we have a covered patio, but with the benefit of having air circulate more freely. We love our arbor and highly recommend JR for any arbor, deck, or other wood work job. He does excellent, professional work at a fair price."

We hired Dennis to repair a large deck and he was the first contractor that did not upsell and gave us a bid for exactly what we wanted and needed. "Joe was completed in 5 days. Day one tore down old deck. Started framing new deck out on day two and worked all day without lunch break. Day three and four were full days of work with deck completed before 5 pm on day four. Day five they were here with a trailer to clean up and haul away all old deck debris plus leftover materials and etc. We are very pleased with our new deck and appreciate the professional work Charles and his son performed very day."

"They leveled my house in 2018. It was OK for about 5 years when the house started cracking up again. First let me say that they no longer answer the phones consistently. They wait days to return a call. The lady I eventually talked to made it clear that my warranty was useless but did agree to send someone over to look at it. After begging for a quote to re-level for months, Christopher finally blessed me with a quote for $13,350. Considering I paid $27,951.72 in 2018, and the excavation work was already done by the plumbers, I decided that I could not justify spending that much more, for a total of $57,300 on my foundation with no warranty, so now I live in a permanently cracked and crooked house."
