"I highly recommend Top Notch Gutter. Larry provides prompt and courteous service and stands behind his work. I hired him to add additional gutters to my house based on the quality of the initial gutter work he did for me back in 2012. I received a two-year warranty for the new gutters and when a storm brought one down, Larry responded quickly to replace it, using different hardware for extra reinforcement and hauling away the damaged section. I'm pleased that my new gutters match the old ones beautifully and keep the roof runoff from trenching my side yards."

"Fast contact. Good bidding. Quality materials. Even did repairs to shoddy builders work. Seamless gutters look good. Improves street appeal. Itâ s so hard to obtain contractor services way out here in Copperas Cove. Thanks leaf filter again."

"Rand R arrived on Tuesday within 15 minutes of when they said they would and installed the gutters in about 3 hours. They explained to me what they were doing as they went along and did an excellent job of fitting the gutters to my house. They installed the rain collection barrel I had purchased and cleaned up everything before they left. I was very satisfied with them and would recommend them."

"At first, it went well. Mr. Clarkson, the owner, was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He came over within a reasonable time frame to bid the job and provided a written estimate that was fair. They also got us on the schedule fairly quickly. The office staff that we spoke to were all nice and professional as well. The siding repair went fine. Then, when they did the roof, we were pleasantly surprised that they finished in one day. However, when we came home to see the roof after it was finished, things started to go awry. We noticed that there was some material still laying in one of our flower beds. When I asked him about it, Mr. Clarkson stated that one of his guys would be "back to finish the drip edge". The man did come back right away, but he never properly finished installing the metal drip edge. I alerted Mr. Clarkson to the fact that a portion of the drip edge was left incomplete. It was very noticeable- I don't see how someone could have accidentally left it that way, honestly. Anyway, Mr. Clarkson responded quickly and stated that someone would come fix it. Ok, no problem. However, when the "someone" arrived to fix it, they still didn't install it correctly. Again, a noticeable piece of the drip edge was missing. So, I contacted Mr. Clarkson again and asked that he personally come look at the "correction". He did so- promptly and without complaint. After seeing the drip edge, he told me that he agreed with me- that it was substandard. He seemed genuinely put out with his own workers for not installing it correctly. He stated that someone would come fix it. So, the third time his guys came out to fix the drip edge rolls around... They showed up at 7:45 pm and it was already dark, so they couldn't adequately see what they were doing. To make matters worse, we observed them climbing on the window trying to reach the repair area. Turns out, they had come to the house to do the repair without even bringing a LADDER! After we let them use our ladder, the drip edge was installed adequately, but jeez...talk about unprofessional! So, overall, it seems that Mr. Clarkson is trying to run an honest and quality business. He really seems to be a nice man, and if this rating were just for him- he'd get an A. However, a business is only as good as the people it employs. There's also a lot to be said for doing things right the first time."

"This was a two-step project. First the carpenters removed the old gutters, replaced the bad wood, sealed the painted the area. Then the gutter specialist came out. He fabricated and installed the new guttering on-site. The workers were fast, efficient and totally professional. Expansion of project scope was quickly acknowledged and incorporated without hesitation. Truly excellent customer service."

"It was good. Actually they additionally did gutter work so I ended up paying them a little bit more. It was about another $110 bucks."

"Our experience with B&W Roofing was top-notch, and I highly recommend them. We worked with Diane on scheduling and payment. She was extremely helpful and coordinated with our tenant through the property management company. Bill was very responsive when we had questions about the quote and services needed. They made an otherwise daunting process seamless and painless. It was a pleasure working with them, and I would use them again."
