Not only did it take 24 months to complete (yes you read that correctly), but we had to hound the team to get it done. Some of the delays were basic. Hays County had a checklist of requirements for electronic files, it took multiple rounds to get these corrected and added to the delay. After begging for a quote to re-level for months, Christopher finally blessed me with a quote for $13,350. Considering I paid $27,951.72 in 2018, and the excavation work was already done by the plumbers, I decided that I could not justify spending that much more, for a total of $57,300 on my foundation with no warranty, so now I live in a permanently cracked and crooked house."
